Responsibilities
Manage monthly close, journal entries, and financial statements
Reconcile daily hotel revenue (rooms, F&B, ancillary)
Handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules
Perform variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting
Partner with hotel GMs and regional leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
2–5+ years of accounting experience (hospitality or multi‑property a plus)
Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue streams, and P&Ls
Strong Excel and analytical skill
Preferred
Experience with systems like M3, Sage Intacct, Opera, or similar preferred
