InternCRH is a leading supplier of aggregates and ready mixed concrete in the United States, and they are seeking a Ready Mix Intern to gain experience in various aspects of the ready mix division. The intern will assist in customer service, sales, quality control, data analytics, and plant operations.

Responsibilities
Learn and assist with the customer service department, answering calls, directing customers, etc
Learn and assist in the sales department
Learn and assist in the quality control department
Learn and assist with data analytics
Learn and assist in plant operations
Qualification
Required
Working towards a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Concrete Management or Operations Management from a college or technical school
Must be proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organization
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
The employee frequently is required to climb or balance
The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
