Responsibilities
Spearhead the implementation and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
Ensure accurate BIM coordination across architecture and engineering disciplines
Manage virtual design processes with a focus on structural engineering projects
Collaborate with project teams
Conduct model reviews
Resolve complex design issues
Active communication with project architects, contractors, and MEP teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and strong experience with BIM Coordination practices
Expertise in Virtual Design and a fundamental understanding of Architecture principles
Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in the context of structural design
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve design conflicts within interdisciplinary project teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities
At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering and BIM management
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Proficiency in related software such as Revit and AutoCAD
