Responsibilities
Help drive cross-functional programs to implement changes in compliance to the Quality Management System
Collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to define functional and timeline requirements and collaborate with other sites/teams to drive towards common solutions which will become Tesla's "best practices"
Be able to manage multiple action items across all departments and systems while managing stakeholder expectations and generating consensus on changes
Ensure all elements of solution delivery are planned and accounted for: business analysis, technical design, development & validation, organizational change management, training, documentation, and more
Proactively identify improvement opportunities (potential gaps between processes and systems) across all quality systems functions, developing tools that allow for visibility into process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Perform training to various functions on new roll outs and functionality changes and participate in internal auditing to monitor progress towards goals
Business point of contact for users for day-to-day queries and adoption and monitor health of system and data quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Physical Sciences Discipline, or equivalent experience
Engineering background or evidence of exceptional experience in related fields: (1) Business Process Analysis, (2) Process and Procedural Design and minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing and/or Quality System role
Preferer knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality System
Experience as a Lead Auditor, team player, collaborator across diverse functional groups, and high attention to details
Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage and communicate the health and integrity of the data and systems and must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
Ability to drive actionable, pragmatic solutions to ensure project completion, demonstrated track record of taking initiatives and delivering results, comfortable with making decisions with incomplete information, and adaptability and willingness to learn and grow
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
