Responsibilities
Qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, emailing and text
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our electrical expertise effectively
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on lead interactions and status
Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce them to our services
Execute follow-up strategies to move leads through the sales funnel
Qualification
Required
Cold calling experience involving a significant volume of outbound call activity, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation techniques, and qualification criteria
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and other sales tools
High level of initiative and self-motivation with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads
Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions
