Possess excellent communication skills to interact with employees and customers

A high level of interpersonal skills to represent the bank in a professional manner in all customer interactions

Capability to relate to and empathize with people and maintain a friendly, cheerful demeanor

Must be proficient in all aspects of teller duties

Must have a thorough knowledge of the teller terminal transactions and corrections

Possess detailed knowledge of all backroom teller balancing, remittance procedures and vault teller procedures

May assist other tellers in balancing daily transactions

May assist in opening and closing of branch

Actively comply with all applicable laws and regulations to include the Bank Secrecy Act, the Community Reinvestment Act, and all other deposit, lending, or non-deposit service regulations; adhering to the Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and risk management responsibilities contained in the Employee Handbook, the Employee Code of Conduct, and other applicable policies
