Responsibilities

Drive Customer Obsessed partner business strategies in the US market
Develop and implement AWS go-to-market strategies with Connect partners in your assigned US territories
Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior partner stakeholders
Accelerate customer adoption with partners by developing and executing comprehensive sales and business plans, leading well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM activities
Design and implement scalable programs and deliver insightful business reviews to unblock partner challenges and drive growth
Create operational planning documents and serve as an Amazon Connect subject matter expert for the US market
Ensure customer and partner satisfaction through strategic engagement and relationship management
Expect moderate travel throughout the US

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of sales or sales management in infrastructure or cloud technology experience
Experience in a customer-facing role in the contact center or call center technology industry
Demonstrated success in partner management or channel sales in the US market

Preferred

Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners or equivalent
Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers
3+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience
AWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer)
Ability to engage with senior customer executives (e.g., CIO, CTO), build strategic relationships, and help customers execute on large-scale engagements
Deep CX background with extensive knowledge of Contact Center, VDI, or Unified Communications business
Experience managing territory-based sales strategies in the US market
