Responsibilities

Required

Strong expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to guide and mentor a team effectively

Proficiency in Project Management and Integration, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing projects from concept to completion
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry or hotel operations is advantageous
Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-saving innovations is a plus
