Regional Marketing Manager
Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. is a 3rd party search firm recruiting for a Corporate Casino Company's Regional Marketing Manager for casino properties. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring superior guest service by planning and executing promotions, events, and other marketing activities.
Responsibilities
Be knowledgeable of and able to explain/promote all Casino and Marketing events
Sign up and issue guests Player’s Cards
Add Free Play to Player’s Cards as needed
Supervises marketing team
Analyzes marketing trends to ensure necessary changes are implemented
Assists with marketing budget and business plans for all assigned properties
Manages activities of Marketing Coordinators at assigned properties to ensure objectives are met
Attends regional meetings to ensure promotions are aligned with Truckee Gaming expectations and standards
Assists in managing the employee loyalty benefit program
Maintains inventory and implements control of Players’ Club merchandise and promotional materials
Resolves customer complaints/issues in a professional, friendly manner
Plans the coordination and execution of Players’ Club promotions
Assures that all rules and log sheets pertaining to events are complete and posted
Ensures that all Casino Marketing efforts are properly coordinated with other departments
Maintains a positive attitude and has lots of great positive energy to share with customers and guests
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or its equivalent required
2+ years previous managerial/supervisory/leadership experience (casino/gaming environment experience is strongly preferred)
Must be familiar with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
Must possess excellent communication and computer skills including knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Products
Must be able to meet firm deadlines with quick turnaround times and ensure key stakeholders are current on project statuses
Excellent customer service and recovery skills required
Minimum age of 21 years
Must be able to communicate effectively in English language
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Excellent customer relations and communication skills
Ability to work effectively and cordially with co-workers and management to resolve disputes and customer issues

Must be able to multitask
Must be able to write clearly and informatively
Excellent organizational abilities (ability to handle cash, calculate accurately, analyze and account for cash and coin)

Preferred
Previous cashier experience in a casino environment or Casino promotions/players club experience is preferred
Basic graphic design software familiarity is preferred
