Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Develop an inside sales strategy, including identifying target accounts, setting goals, and executing tactics to build pipeline and accelerate sales cycle
Identify customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Effectively communicate and demonstrate the benefits of our products and services to potential customers
Engage with prospects and leads through email, phone, chat, and other communication channels
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing customers
Work closely with the Marketing team to generate leads and create campaigns to drive sales
Provide excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Actively participate in team sales meetings and training sessions
Qualification
Required
A combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales
Preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
Experience with CRM systems and online communication platforms
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is desirable
