The Rotational Internship Program offers college students exposure to affordable housing development, multifamily asset management, and assisted living operations over an eight-week period.

Responsibilities
Work with real estate development, asset management, sustainability, accounting, and assisted living teams, each once per week
Work on a variety of projects and present them to the team at the end of the program
Participate in corporate team outings, site visits, and monthly 'lunch and learn' events
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate students are encouraged to apply
Must be available for eight (8) continuous weeks this summer, preferably June through August
Resume and cover letter must be submitted with online application by February 16, 2026, to be considered
Preferred
Demonstrated interest in affordable housing, senior housing, real estate development, sustainability, or related field preferred
