Develop performance benchmarks across digital channels using internal and competitive data
Improve LLM-based classification workflows through prompt tuning, data quality review, and human-in-the-loop processes
Maintain analytics dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights for marketing and product teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong foundation in probability and statistics
Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for large-scale data analysis
Experience with supervised and unsupervised ML techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering)
Hands-on experience applying LLMs to business problems such as classification and data analysis
