Responsibilities

Oversee multi-year technical vision to empower the business
Lead and mentor an engineering team. Provide coaching and technical direction to foster a high-performance culture
Drive cross-functional collaborations. Inside Uber, work closely with operations, business and fleet teams to align execution details. Outside of Uber, work with AV partners and OEMs/ODMs to unblock critical dependencies and deliver business impact
Define and deliver critical business goals. Drive engineering and operational excellence

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields
9 years of industry experience
4 years of experience in engineering management
3 years of experience in autonomous driving, robotics or related domains
Proficient with sensor technologies, such as Camera, LiDAR, RaDAR, GNSS, IMU
Proficient in cross-functional collaborations

Preferred

Familiar with managing supply chain, OEMs/ODMs. Experience in collaboration with manufacturers for Camera, LiDAR, RaDAR, etc
Familiar with ROS or NVIDIA Drive OS
