CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking an Installation Manager to support Whirlpool, a leading home appliance brand. In this role, you will ensure installations meet safety and quality standards while building strong client relationships and coordinating with installation teams in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities

Inspect and verify installations to meet safety, manufacturer, and company standards

Conduct workmanship and customer service audits; document and report findings

Serve as the primary contact for site supervisors and clients on scheduling and readiness

Provide coaching and feedback to installation teams based on audit results

Participate in daily reporting, dock meetings, and operations calls

Step in as backup support for Operations or Warehouse leadership when needed

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED

Field-based experience in inspections, audits, or operations support

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead through influence and coach others

A two-year degree or equivalent work experience with demonstrated success

Experience in construction, installation, or logistics

Familiarity with audit and compliance reporting processes
