Junior Graphic Designer & Creative Director
Underdogs is a full-service creative agency built for brands that want to break through the noise. They are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer & Creative Director to support their growing creative team by collaborating with designers and marketing strategists to produce compelling visual assets.
Responsibilities
Design creative assets including social media graphics, campaign visuals, pitch decks, presentations, and promotional materials
Assist in creating brand identities, logo explorations, and visual guidelines
Adapt and resize existing designs for different platforms and formats
Support production work — preparing final files, organizing assets, and ensuring deliverables meet specifications
Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking to brainstorming sessions and campaign concepts
Stay current on design trends, culture, and emerging tools to bring new perspectives to the team
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work accepted)
Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills, creativity, and understanding of visual storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or other design tools is a plus
Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and composition
Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Preferred
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or illustration
