Responsibilities
AutoCAD & Revit Technician – projects include Commercial and Residential design and renovations
Develop Sketchup Renderings
Produce schematic design, design development, construction documents, spreadsheets, specifications, etc
Interpret, read and correspond construction plan information with team, consultants and project manager
Provide construction administrative support and shop drawing review
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture field
Revit Proficiency
AutoCAD Proficiency
Ability to interpret building codes and construction documents
Familiar with construction methods, both interior and exterior
Ability to create working drawing sets
Knowledge of architectural drafting industry standard procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to self-direct your schedule, multi-task and prioritize your day, and communicate/function as part of a design team
Experience performing in a deadline-driven environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical
MArch, Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Technical College Degree in Architecture will be considered
Preferred
SketchUp, Lumion, & Enscape experience is a plus
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a plus
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) experience
