Responsibilities

Manage and track customer warranty claims from intake through resolution

Maintain detailed records of warranties, claims, supporting documentation, and correspondence

Assist in preparing legal documents, contracts, notices, and internal correspondence

Support the in-house General Counsel with administrative and paralegal-level tasks

Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding warranty matters

Monitor deadlines, compliance requirements, and follow-ups related to claims or legal items

Organize and maintain legal files, both electronic and physical

Assist with risk management, dispute tracking, and documentation support

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all legal and warranty-related matters
