The successful candidate will contribute to an NIH-funded project focused on cancer communication research, including data collection, management, analysis, and leading scholarly manuscripts.
Responsibilities
Contribute to an NIH-funded project through a range of activities, including data collection and management, data analysis, and leading or co-authoring scholarly manuscripts
Focus areas may include health communication, mobile health interventions, clinical trial recruitment, and quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis
Demonstrate experience working in interdisciplinary teams, clinical trial recruitment, and familiarity with health research methodologies
Engage in community outreach and engagement, recruitment and dissemination science, and reducing cancer disparities
Utilize e-health technologies (e.g., patient portals, virtual humans), grant writing, and publication, as well as unique and innovative data sources
Qualification
Required
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in either health communication, communication science, computer science, public health, psychology, or related discipline
