Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration tools
Lead complex Salesforce customizations including workflows, flows, validation rules, and approval processes
Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous Apex
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems
Ensure best practices in Salesforce security, data integrity, and performance optimization
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
Support deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DX
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal disruption
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience across Salesforce development, integrations, and customization
