Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and DeFi platforms
Experience in financial analysis, risk management, and liquidity management
Proficiency in treasury tools, financial modeling, and asset management strategies
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with regulatory compliance and governance frameworks related to digital assets
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative, and decentralized environment
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Prior experience in treasury management, preferably within a Web3 or blockchain environment, is highly desirable
