Operations/Office Administration - PT/FT

Transco Northwest, Inc. has been in business for 50 years supplying material handling systems across a wide spectrum of industrial applications. They are seeking a reliable, professional and detail-oriented Office/Operations Assistant to support daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with data entry/invoicing and basic recordkeeping
Support staff with general administrative/operation tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Perform additional duties assigned to support business needs

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/QuickBooks
