Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and SOQL/SOQL
Lead development efforts across Service Cloud, including:
Case Management automation and workflow enhancements
Omni-Channel routing, presence configurations, and Supervisor tools
Knowledge article lifecycle management and search tuning
Live Agent/Chat and Messaging configurations
Collaborate with Mobile, UI, Agentforce, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and remediation
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning, estimation, and release readiness
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including designs, data flows, and architecture

Required

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in medium-to-large org environments
Strong expertise in Service Cloud, including: Case Management, Omni-Channel routing and configurations, Knowledge management (article types, visibility, search tuning), Live Agent/Chat and Messaging
Advanced technical proficiency with: Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and declarative automation
Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, platform events)
Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

Preferred

Experience with Agentforce (AI bots, agent assistance, automated classification/routing)
Copado DevOps experience (pipelines, deployments, version control)
Experience with Entitlements, Milestones, or Field Service
Familiarity with Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Experience with CI/CD practices and Git-based version control
Experience in the healthcare industry
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
