Communicates with the RMA Manager about what work needs to be done

Repair, test, and troubleshoot OpenEye products sent in for repair and credit

Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned

Required

a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree

a minimum of 1 year's related experience and/or training
