Assist the Engineering team with various projects to support the manufacturing plant focusing on creating line balance and implementing Standard Work on a new assembly line
Gain experience in the day-to-day activities and project work done by a typical industrial engineer

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringCreative problem-solvingAnalytical skillsMicrosoft OfficeVerbal communicationWritten communicationAttention to detailSelf-motivated

Required

Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Ability to work with others, but highly self-motivated to achieve individual tasks efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail a must
Creative problem-solving skills essential; strong analytical skills desired
Computer skills including excellent skills with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred

Students completing their freshman year working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field strongly preferred
GPA desired: 3.0 or better
