Responsibilities

Lead onsite CRM initiatives for Oracle Service Cloud configuration, customization, and workflow automation
Manage integration between Oracle Service Cloud , Genesys Cloud CX , and enterprise telephony systems
Act as the primary liaison between business teams, vendors, and offshore/onsite technical teams
Design and oversee telephony/omnichannel flows including SIP, IVR, call routing, and Genesys Architect flows
Translate business requirements into CRM design, service logic, and automated workflows
Configure OSvC workspaces, rules, queues, and service processes
Troubleshoot system issues and drive continuous improvement across CRM and contact center platforms
Support data synchronization with ERP, Knowledge Base, and Reporting systems
Train users, IT teams, and stakeholders on new features, enhancements, and best practices
Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy (GDPR, HIPAA) standards

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow/Fusion)
Strong CRM leadership experience in enterprise environments
Proven experience integrating CRM with Genesys Cloud CX and telephony systems
Experience in onsite/offshore coordination
Ability to create detailed functional & technical documentation
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Preferred

Experience in system migration from RightNow to Oracle Fusion
