Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product direction
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements for maximum business value
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, stakeholders) to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
Oversee end-to-end product development, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery within budget
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate agreements, and report on budget line items
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), analyze data and user feedback, and drive continuous product improvement
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Plan and support product provisioning, deprovisioning, and staff training for smooth operational transitions
Prepare and deliver regular reports on product performance, project status, and key milestones to senior management
Qualification
Required
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, and/or 4+ years equivalent work experience
In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop applications
Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques, including SQL/NoSQL
Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end-user procedures
Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications
Security Awareness
Experience with building and maintaining databases for query and problem tracking
Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to conduct research into software development and delivery concepts, as well as technical application issues
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
Very strong customer service orientation
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
