Master the Pipeline: Manage a high-volume closing pipeline with total ownership, ensuring every loan funds on schedule to meet mission-critical investor deadlines
Precision Documentation: Prepare, audit, and finalize closing packages with 100% accuracy, ensuring full compliance and investor-ready quality
Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between escrow, title companies, and internal departments to balance settlement statements and authorize wire releases
Rigorous Quality Control: Verify that all 'Prior-to-Funding' conditions are meticulously met and that our Loan Origination System (LOS) reflects perfect data integrity
Elite Problem Solving: Serve as the go-to expert for escrow officers to resolve last-minute hurdles, ensuring we never miss a closing date
Qualification
Required
4+ years of mortgage closing experience
Deep, technical understanding of title documents, escrow requirements, and the nuances of the closing process
Ability to manage a high-volume closing pipeline with total ownership
Ability to prepare, audit, and finalize closing packages with 100% accuracy
Ability to act as the primary liaison between escrow, title companies, and internal departments
Ability to verify that all 'Prior-to-Funding' conditions are meticulously met
Ability to serve as the go-to expert for escrow officers to resolve last-minute hurdles
Detail-oriented with the ability to spot errors in legal descriptions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication skills under high pressure
Preferred
