The Technical Program Manager, Software Integration, will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects while ensuring program objectives are met through meticulous attention to detail in project execution and communication.

Responsibilities

Drive planning, scheduling, and tracking for all software development activities (flight software, ground software, test harnesses, simulation tooling, etc.)

Manage program timelines, milestones, risk registers, and dependencies across multiple engineering groups

Support the software integration & test lead by managing coordinating workstreams, task prioritization, and cross-team communication

Ensure test artifacts (procedures, test cases, results) remain organized, traceable, and aligned with requirements

Track issues found in integration or system testing and coordinate resolution with responsible engineering teams

Serve as the central point of communication connective tissue between software, RF systems, spacecraft avionics, mission operations, and hardware teams

Facilitate clear communication and regularly update leadership on team status, risks, and blockers

Implement lightweight but effective processes for tracking work, versioning, documentation, and verification
