Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the installation team to ensure timely and quality completion of FTTH projects

Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Provide training and support to installation technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development

Monitor project progress, manage resources effectively, and report on project status to upper management

Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive installation experience

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in supervising installation teams, particularly in the telecommunications industry

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Technical skills in FTTH installation processes

Problem-solving skills

Organizational skills

Preferred

Familiarity with project management software

A degree in telecommunications or a related field is preferred
