The University of Iowa Academic Advising Center is seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Administrative Testing Programs Coordinator to join their team. This role supports the coordination and administration of standardized testing programs and plays a key role in the daily operations of the Academic Advising Center.

Responsibilities

Serve as a back-up to the Front Desk Manager and provide support to work study students as needed
Perform all aspects of administrative support for a location or a department
Collaborate with campus IT staff and building staff related to the administration of standardized testing
Maintain staff listing for the AAC and track longevity awards

Required

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Experience in an administrative office function (minimum 6 months to 1 year)
Demonstrates a WORKING proficiency level in the following competencies: Desktop Tools: Ability to use office support tools available on the desktop (e.g., word processing, e-mail, and spreadsheets)
Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with students, colleagues, and the public
Planning and Organizing: Ability to mobilize both time and resources to get things done
Collaboration and Positive Impact: Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and civil manner and utilize existing resources and learning to achieve or exceed desired outcomes of current and future organizational goals/needs

Demonstrates basic knowledge of University policies and processes related to purchasing and travel arrangements
