Supervisor, Engineering Operations - Encinitas

Responsibilities
Advise and assist organization in preparation for site/facility specific accreditation surveys
Will be responsible for Service Techs
Help maintain and repair systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operations of the site/facility
Perform related duties to ensure safe, reliable efficient operation of the site/facility
Coordinate and assign work orders for efficient deployment of resources
Will be responsible for responding to emergencies
Responsible to assist with projects
Ability to schedule the team's workloads
Ensuring tasks are completed
Responsible for conducting site rounds and upkeep of required site documentation
Working with landlords/property managers where sites are leased to perform services and repairs when needed
Qualification
Required
5 years of relevant, progressive experience, at least two of which within a hospital setting
High school graduate
Preferred
Experience in Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing
Bachelor's degree
