Handle high-volume days with poise and efficiency
Participate in ongoing sales training and team development
Qualification
Required
Charismatic, high-energy closer with a genuine passion for family photography
Experience in fast-paced, in-person sales environments
Ability to build instant rapport and guide clients to meaningful purchases
Experienced closers with strong B2C in-person sales
Belief in the emotional and lasting value of family photography
Ability to build genuine rapport quickly and listen effectively
Confident, motivated, punctual, and dependable team player
Ability to follow a scripted sales flow while staying authentic and natural
