Responsibilities
Provide project management support on a variety of initiatives
Track various regulatory, audit and model related deliverables
Understand the models and approaches used and provide advisory support or challenge to the model developers
Lead or present at meetings; prepare relevant meeting materials as well as presentations on models and associated processes working with the model developers
Support organizational, infrastructure/technology initiatives in coordination with other teams
Develop and maintain model policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of two years of experience at financial institution or consulting firm in a technical project management or coding capacity
Strong analytical skills, logical ability with a proven record of attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to build strong working relationships with key business partners
Self-motivator and team player who brings a can-do approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
