Responsibilities
Own all EDI workflows through SPS Commerce, OpenText, and DSCO
Process, validate, and transmit 850s, ASNs (856), invoices (810), and other required documents
Troubleshoot EDI errors, rejections, and mapping issues quickly and accurately
Ensure clean, accurate, and on-time submissions for all retail partners
Manage EDI setup and onboarding for new retailers
Interpret and apply vendor manuals for Buc-ee’s, AAFES, Dillard’s, Academy, and other retail accounts
Manage ticketing, polybag requirements, carton markings, pack configurations, and labeling standards
Create UCC-128 labels, packing lists, routing requests, and compliance documentation
Coordinate routing and carriers to prevent chargebacks and shipment delays
Partner closely with the warehouse to ensure shipments meet retailer specifications exactly
Enter, track, and manage factory purchase orders
Communicate packaging specs, approvals, quantities, and timelines to overseas factories
Review samples and packaging to confirm retailer compliance prior to production
Monitor production timelines and proactively identify risks or delays
Own the full PO lifecycle from receipt through shipment and invoicing
Serve as the operational point person for assigned key retail accounts
Coordinate with buyers, replenishment teams, factories, and warehouse partners
Track deadlines and ensure all operational requirements are met
Review inventory availability for upcoming retail orders
Track inbound production, on-hand inventory, and outbound shipments
Run sales, inventory, and compliance-related reports
Use advanced Excel functions to support planning and decision-making
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in operations, EDI, supply chain, or retail account management
Hands-on experience with SPS Commerce, OpenText, and/or DSCO
Strong understanding of retail compliance, routing guides, labeling, and packaging requirements
Experience communicating with overseas factories and managing production timelines
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Big-box retail experience (Target, Walmart, Kohl's, Academy, Macy's, JCPenney, Nordstrom, Dick's Sporting Goods, etc.)
Chargeback prevention or dispute resolution experience
SOP creation for EDI, compliance, or supply chain processes
Forecasting or replenishment planning experience
