Responsibilities
Assisting with or responsible for preparing and managing all aspects of trade show participation at events—from setup to breakdown and ship out
Active engagement of tradeshow attendees while staffing
Engaging health industry professionals and consumers in a warm and personal manner
Provide responses to product questions with confidence and accuracy
Able to travel to trade shows nationwide and work a flexible schedule
Collaborating with the Marketing and Management teams to maintain brand standards and delivering an exceptional experience
Qualification
Required
Fluent In English
Minimum of High School Diploma
A REAL ID, Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
2–3 years of experience in trade shows, healthcare industry background a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for health care and customer experience
Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
Must be able to work part time, as needed, per event. With a flexible schedule and be able to travel as needed, including weekend
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Energetic and results oriented
Cooperative team member
