The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for the execution of the PEO Missiles & Space STORM PMO programmatic contract, managing contract personnel, and ensuring contract performance and profit/loss accountability.

Responsibilities

Coordination with PMO management for the program office needs in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS)

Interface with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) for near-term and far-term contract requirements for all tasks and personnel including vacancies and new positions

Performance evaluations for S³ personnel and assessments of subcontractor and team member performance

Timecard management of contract staff

Development of requisitions for new hires and timely backfills

Support of strategic planning functions for the PMO leadership and develop budgets and analysis associated with contract execution and limitations

Interface with S³ Contracts, Human Resources, and Security for PMO and program needs; development of budgets and analysis associated with contract execution and limitations

Leadership of financial execution of the contract

Required

Bachelor's degree and 25 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree and 23 years relevant experience

Secret or higher DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain one

10 years or more of experience working in a project office, User organization, or command/operations group directly related to weapon system development and integration

10 or more years of experience with federal contract management functions in DoD

4 or more years of experience developing the staffing requirements for a DoD project office or organization and developing and coordinating budgets for a DoD project office or organization
