Digital Content Designer

Evergreen Enterprises is a leading manufacturer of home and garden décor, and they are seeking a passionate, marketing-minded Digital Content Designer to support digital content creation across a portfolio of six unique brands. This role blends design and digital marketing execution, producing visual assets for various digital platforms while ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Design digital assets for six brands, maintaining distinct brand standards, tone, and visual identity
Create platform-optimized content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and paid social
Produce email-ready design assets (modules, banners, CTAs, GIFs/light motion elements) tailored to campaign goals
Assist in building emails in drag-and-drop editors (HubSpot) with a focus on layout, usability, and conversion performance
Design graphics, homepage hero images, promotional assets, and landing page modules for Shopify storefronts
Create short-form video and motion graphics for social and paid media use (Reels/TikTok preferred)
Adapt creative into multiple formats, ratios, and placements to support A/B testing and channel performance
Partner with marketing leads to interpret briefs, understand campaign objectives, and execute on-brand deliverables
Participate in brainstorming for seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns
Collaborate with the Social Media and E-Commerce teams to ensure assets support channel KPIs (engagement, CTR, revenue)
Maintain an organized asset library, templates, and brand toolkits for efficient content reuse
Attend weekly planning meetings, campaign reviews, and seasonal creative walkthroughs
Learn and uphold the unique look, feel, and voice of each of Evergreen’s six brands
Understand key customer personas and adjust content style accordingly (B2B vs. D2C)
Ensure visuals align with brand guidelines while continuously improving clarity, accessibility, and engagement
Support quality control and accuracy checks before publishing or handoff

Required

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital design, marketing creative, or content production (agency, in-house, internship or freelance accepted)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere or After Effects a plus)
Experience with Canva or Adobe Express for template adaptation and rapid content production
Comfort creating static and light motion content for social media; familiarity with Reels/TikTok trends is beneficial
Interest in marketing concepts such as funnel stages, A/B testing, and measuring creative performance
Willingness to learn drag-and-drop email builders (HubSpot, Klaviyo)
Curiosity about Shopify, CMS workflows, and digital-first storytelling
Strong attention to detail, task ownership, and time management in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Canva video, or similar)
Experience with GIF/motion graphics
Understanding of UTM parameters or basic digital analytics concepts
Experience supporting multiple brands or product categories
