Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the HR inbox during scheduled hours, responding to inquiries and urgent requests promptly
Assist employees with ADP resets and other time-sensitive HR needs
Provide support on company-observed holidays as scheduled
Collaborate with human resources leadership to escalate and address urgent employee relations situations
Complete assigned reporting and data review activities
HR Director and/or Employee Relations Specialist will be notified for urgent ER occurrences
Ensure timely and professional communication with staff and management
Exercise high-level of confidentiality in all human resources activities
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High level of professionalism and discretion
Reliable internet connection
Access to a private and secure workspace that allows for handling confidential employee information and organizational processes
Preferred
Previous experience in HR support or administration
Familiarity with ADP or other HR management systems
