Responsibilities

Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers
Service and major repairs to ATV's, UTV's, motorcycles, dirt bikes and watercraft
Provide related technical assistance and explanation of mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
Designs, modifies, and fabricates related electrical systems and repairs/replaces malfunctioning electrical components
Document all work performed and reccomended on the repair order
Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions

Required

Required valid license with preferred motorcycle endorsement
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Working knowledge of shop equipment and electrical circuits
Ability to push, strap to lift, diagnose, work on, and test ride all Powersports vehicles
Must successfully complete a pre-employment background & drug screening

Previous Powersports technician experience preferred
