Responsibilities
Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan for projects, following the Army Corps Three Phases of Control
Certify that all submittals, plans, and specifications meet contract requirements, and oversee evaluations and testing by approved personnel or facilities
Provide documented evaluations and corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards and minimize recurring issues
Qualification
Required
OSHA 30 hour
USACE CQM Certification
Experience with Procore and RMS
Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
