Senior Manager, Commercial Finance
Extremity Care is seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Finance to act as a strategic finance partner to the Sales and Marketing organizations. This role involves providing financial planning and analysis to support profitable growth and making informed pricing and promotional decisions.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior Sales and Marketing leaders, influencing commercial strategy and investment decisions
Lead FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, with direct ownership of deliverables
Analyze revenue performance, customer and product profitability, pricing, promotions, and incentive programs
Develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives, product launches, pricing changes, and marketing investments
Provide variance analysis and actionable insights on sales performance, margins, spend efficiency, and ROI
Support deal reviews, contract evaluations, and ad hoc commercial analyses
Partner with Sales Operations on incentive compensation analysis, plan design, and performance tracking
Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure alignment between forecasts, accruals, and actuals, and to support close activities as needed
Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into commercial performance
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and data quality across commercial finance activities
Mentor and guide junior team members and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and anticipate business needs
Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders
Balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and financial rigor
Build strong, collaborative relationships across Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams
Influence decision-making while maintaining objectivity and financial discipline
Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Continuously improving forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and analytical capabilities
Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
Manage direct reports
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to develop leadership in direct reports and department management
Establish and monitor objective annual goals for direct reports
Conduct performance reviews and establish performance improvement plans as needed
Recruit, interview, and select personnel for hire
Travel domestically up to 5% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives
Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, from an accredited college or university required
At least 5-8 year(s) of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering or related field required
Clearance of favorable background investigation required
Preferred
Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, from an accredited college or university preferred
