Responsibilities

Configure internal testing environments based on instructions from the product team and update configurations as requirements evolve
Run test prompts through internal AI tools according to provided plans and capture outputs in required formats
Save and organize outputs including images, slides, decks, and text using consistent file naming conventions
Organize outputs into correct SharePoint folders for easy access and traceability
Track progress against run lists to ensure all scenarios are covered and documented
Log bugs using established templates and tags in tracking systems
Manage multiple concurrent requests and deliver results within established timelines
Proactively flag system issues and communicate status updates to the product team
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and content partners to share updates and clarify changes to test plans
Troubleshoot basic system issues and surface unexpected behaviors or incorrect outputs

Required

2+ years of experience in technical operations, QA, or production support role, ideally in a software, AI, or digital content environment
Demonstrated experience following structured processes and adapting to changing requirements
Experience with bug tracking or project management tools
Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with cloud storage platforms, specifically OneDrive and SharePoint
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Technical aptitude for configuring internal tools and running structured evaluation workflows
Ability to follow and adapt to frequently updated instructions
Strong task management and ability to deliver projects on time as priorities shift
Clear and timely communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Proactive mindset with comfort flagging issues and suggesting improvements
Proficiency with cloud storage platforms and file management best practices

Preferred

Prior exposure to prompt engineering, output validation, or structured testing environments is preferred
Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or content evaluation workflows is a plus
Familiarity with bug tracking or project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
