Responsibilities

This position is responsible for all operational aspects of the Cyber Café including point of sale cash handling, coffee and food production and presentation, inventory/stocking, client service/satisfaction and sanitation

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent customer service skills including verbal and written interactions with clients, coworkers and supervisory staff

Ability to read and interpret written directives to accurately complete workplace assignments

Culinary skills including food preparation and presentation

Knowledge of food stocking/rotation

Preferred

Basic knowledge of coffee production with enthusiasm to grow in this area

A self-starter who is able to be flexible and cope with physical demands of café production including on-the-spot decision making for client satisfaction
