Responsibilities

Collaborate with development teams and product leaders to refine and improve software solutions
Build intuitive, visually engaging front-end interfaces using human‑centered design principles
Develop and maintain reliable, well‑structured APIs
Troubleshoot, debug, and modernize software components across the stack
Conduct testing to confirm responsiveness, stability, and efficiency
Implement security measures and data protection best practices
Produce clear technical documentation for internal knowledge systems
Coordinate with cross-functional partners during product releases
Identify and define ongoing technical requirements to support product evolution
Drive improvements in overall user experience
Provide technical services aligned with any applicable state-funded initiatives

Required

Four years of experience as a full‑stack developer
Strong capability with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience with back-end languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management (AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda or similar)
Minimum three years of SQL experience
Familiarity with frameworks such as Node and React
Experience writing unit tests and building APIs
Proficiency with version control systems (GitHub, git, or similar)
Experience working with enterprise software solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Sound analytical skills and ability to document complex processes
Collaborative mindset for working with product teams, engineers, analysts, and business partners

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
