Responsibilities

Provide Strong Leadership and Talent Development: Inspire and lead the local leadership team, set clear objectives, and promote professional growth
Drive Strategic Growth and Financial Performance: Develop and execute market-based business plans aligned with corporate objectives
Support Regulatory Compliance and Operational Excellence: Oversee compliance alignment and endorse adherence to federal and state regulations
Enhance Community and Stakeholder Relationships: Represent the bank in the community and industry forums, cultivate relationships with clients, community leaders, and board members, and maintain a positive public image
Contribute to Enterprise-Wide Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term strategic planning, provide local market input for budgeting, and identify opportunities for new products and services
Lead Team Performance: Direct team members, set performance objectives, and foster an engaged, collaborative environment
Mentor and Develop Leaders: Actively mentor and coach local leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and succession planning

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills; ability to manage change and execute long-term strategies
