Lead system implementations and process improvements
Mentor and manage accounting staff, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience in construction, real estate, or equipment leasing
Strong ERP and Excel skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities
Oversee month-end and year-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting
Manage job costing, contractor invoices, vendor payments, and inter-company allocations
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies
