Process weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees across multiple entities
Manage monthly bonus and commission compensation
Prepare quarterly 941 filings
Identify opportunities to automate and improve the work flow
Qualification
Required
3+ years of payroll experience
Experience With ADP Workforce Now Is Required
Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Ability to manage payroll independently with a high level of accuracy
Preferred
Experience in a standalone setting with sales commissions or complex payroll structures strongly preferred
