Human Resources Manager
Sadler Power Train is a family-owned distributor of truck parts, committed to quality and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and benefits administration
Develop and implement HR policies
Manage employee records
Ensure compliance with labor laws
Foster a positive work environment
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance
Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
Experience in HR tools and systems and proficient in Documentation and Record Management
Strong Communication, Leadership, and Organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Previous experience in a family-owned business or knowledge of the distribution or transportation industry is beneficial
