Business Development Manager-Specialty Services
Wyatt Field Service Company is focused on driving revenue growth in specialty service lines. The Business Development Manager will develop strategies, pursue new business opportunities, and build relationships to position the company as a leading contractor in the refining and industrial markets.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Promote WYATT's specialty service capabilities and value proposition
Engage early with clients to influence project planning and scope development
Support sales pursuits through estimating, negotiations, and final close
Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Provide feedback on client programs, active work, and marketing initiatives
Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned
Travel as required to support business development activities
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in the construction industry, ideally within refining, petrochemical, chemical, or industrial markets
Proven understanding of the sales process with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close business
Strong verbal and written communication skills; results-driven and client-focused
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related sales tools
Valid state-issued driver's license
Pre-employment drug-screen and background check are required
