Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking/packing, shipping, returns)
Oversee inbound shipments, verify receipts against POs, and enforce quality standards
Maintain accurate inventory via WMS/ERP workflows and cycle counts
Ensure order accuracy, SLA compliance, and resolve carrier/delivery exceptions
Hire, train, and manage warehouse associates while promoting accountability and safety
Implement SOPs for receiving, fulfillment, and inventory control
Track KPIs and run regular shift huddles and performance reviews
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; maintain a clean, compliant facility
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience (DTC/e-commerce or distribution preferred)
Proven success managing receiving, inventory, and outbound shipping
Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (NetSuite, ShipHero, or similar)
Hands-on leader with strong people management skills
Preferred
Lean/Kaizen process improvement experience
Spanish language skills
